To create a new file, click on "File" in the top-left corner, then select "New" (Figure 0).

In the opened window (Figure 1), you'll find file parameters:

File Name: The name should be written in Latin letters (Figure 2).

File Width and Height (Figure 3): The maximum size is 100 pixels.
